Product Description
Visco2, 3 LB, high performance 2.0" memory foam is a new technological open cell formulation. It is a ventilated breathable VE memory foam so there is no more overheating at night. Additionally with this foam there is no more shrinkage from compression or having to wait for the product to expand to its original size. Visco2 has 5 times greater airflow and heat dissipation than traditional memory foam. It allows for a cooler, more comfortable sleeping temperature and more oxygen (O2) under the covers for a healthier, fresher sleeping enviroment. The exclusive ventilation allows for increased air circulation for a more comforteable sleeping temperature and greater support in the torso areas. The open cell Visco2 returns to its original size out of the box for immediate use and does not have the permanent shrinkage from compressions as does traditional memory foam. Ultra fresh anti microbial/anti bacterial treatment included.

Summary: Pretty awesome 2010-03-10
Comment: After a few nights of sleeping, I quickly began to realize that my new bed was a little bit too firm. I threw this baby on there and it certainly created an entirely new experience. I fall asleep almost immediately, which is rare for me. The price is pretty good too. Similar products at Target sell for $200. I highly recommend it.

Comment: I am not one to leave reviews on my purchases, but I rely heavily on them when I buy online. In this instance I felt I owed the product and it's future buyers my review. A good one at that. I followed the very simple directions when I received my Visco2. I let it expand & open & the very faint smell was gone when I put it on my bed. I purchased the queen & it fit perfectly. Finally, I had a good nights sleep. A+

Comment: We are very satisfied with our Amazon.com purchase of a Sleep Studio Visc02 Ventilated 2" Thick Memory Foam Mattress Enhancer. Prior to sleeping on our new purchase, we both had various body aches from our firm mattress. Now we are sleeping much better and waking up feeling rested.

Comment: I was very skeptical when i first received the package and opened up the pad. It was all compressed, bet up, and had very dense uncomfortable points all over it. Two days later, i can honestly barely tell that it's not my parents $5000 tempurpedic mattress. Incredibly comfortable yet also plenty supportive. I recommend this to anyone who doesn't have a real memory foam bed. Unless you tell someone it's a pad they honestly won't even know the difference.

Comment: smell gone within a day and works great. i was skeptical at first b/c i have a pillow top mattress and was afraid that i'll lose support, but 2 inches of Visco2 provided just the right amount of comfort and cushion without losing the support of my bed. This is a great product to have if your bed is too firm, and it doesn't get hot which is a plus. i bought a cal king and the fit is almost perfect on my bed.
ps. For those of you who are deciding between Visco and Visco2, the small extra cost for a higher density (gives longer life), cooler sleep (doesn't trap as much body heat) and not having to deal with the odor issue is well worth it, so don't skimp on your sleep!
