First let me say that this is a very high quality memory foam product and was comfortable as a topper for my all-natural (Dunlop) latex mattress. Although my beloved slept wonderfully on this mattress, I did not. Unfortunately, I was highly sensitive to some component of the mattress or off-gassing and had allergic reactions. Refreshingly, All Sleep is crediting my account for the purchase price and has asked me to donate the mattress to charity, which I will happily do once the mattress finishes "breathing." I commend the company for their promptness and attention to excellent customer service, as we all know, this is a very rare occurrence these days...

A few things to keep in mind if you're in the market for high-density memory foam. A lot of it is domestically made, like his one, which is from my home state. AWESOME product at a great value! At first I was skeptical because the weight of the item was not in the description and the weight on the shipping order was less then what it should have weighed for 5.3lb density foam. After inquiring with the company and weighing the package when it arrived, I found out that they pay a flat rate for the package and it indeed weighed more then the shipping order stated. It was the correct weight for 5.3lb density memory foam. It is just over 8 cubic feet of foam and the actual weight was 42+lbs. This had absolutely NO SMELL like you hear with some foams. It obviously has an odor, but it is nothing offensive, very light and can only be smelled when you put your nose to it and it doesn't fill the room. It is equal in quality to a Tempurpedic as I have one to compare it to. If you are looking for a foam topper with a density and feel of a Tempurpedic or other high 5.3lb density foam, then this is the best vaule on the web.

I recently needed to update my queen mattress so I decided on a 4" topper. Saw this one and read every single detail describing this particular topper. I then decided to purchase.

I've bought plenty of memory foam toppers over the years and have become very familiar with the various densities and quality (or lack thereof.) Personally I prefer a firm but comfortable, 5lb density topper. I've always been happy with the Sensus brand - Very good quality but pricey.

But now I am VERY impressed with this new topper! Quality absolutely equal to the more expensive brands. Density is PERFECT, and the price is MUCH lower than other brand names.

That said - It does NOT come with a cover. However, I always found that trying to wrestle these heavy things into a zippered cover is a major PITA! I just cover it with a fitted sheet made for a shallow mattress. Perfect! It's easy to put on, protected and easy to clean!
