This pad does fit the bed nicely. We have a Sleep Number bed and it does have nice deep pockets; however, it slides around and bunches up in the middle & sides with regular use. I'm constantly having to remove the fitted bottom sheet and re-arrange the pad. Not sure why this happens; might be due to the "waterproof" covering on the underside which is slippery and allows the pad to slide around with normal bed movement.

Do not buy this. There are other pads out there that are quiet and very easy to wash
This thing has a heavy PLASTIC liner that is annoying and very hard to wash and dry.
Mine was really hard to get apart after I put it in the dryer and it was dried on a warm, not hot, setting.
