I searched for memory foam pads and this came up, but I didn't read carefully to determine it's not memory foam. It comes squashed like memory foam but has no memory. As a rather firm regular foam, it's OK.

I had a memory foam mattress topper for a few years, but I started getting terrible back aches as well as a stiff neck & shoulders from sleeping on it. I ended up buying this firm matress topper, and since then, I haven't had any aches or pains of any kind since. I feel so much better now.
