Sleep Better Signature Collection Ambient Comfort Mattress Pad

I bought California size mattress pad and it is short by more than an inch from both sides (length as well as width). My legs pain almost every night and sleeping on this mattress is not making any difference. May be improvement in the energy level is not sufficient enough to help relieve/reduce my pain!!?
