Ultra-plush knit fabric is soft to the touch. Fully breathable - does not trap heat. Bed bugs are infesting homes and apartments at an alarming rate, and box spring encasements are an effective defense. Help ease asthma and other respiratory symptoms be preventing mold spores, dust mites, bacteria and other allergens from reaching the sleeper. This encasement will accommodate a box spring height of 8"-11". It is fully machine washable and dryable, or you may simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth. It is fully zippered on 3 sides, and features Allergy Blocker to prevent allergens from exiting through the zipper. I always want to buy products on amazon based on the reviews of others. I have purchased this one along with the Mattress encasement. Both these products are really amazing especially for those who do not want the bugs to enter into ur mattress or box spring. This product fully covers the entire box spring and the zip lock system is an excellent idea to keep the bugs from entering. The installation of the encasement is very easy and smooth. This product is completely worth its cost.

We bought this problem because we had a small bedbug infestation. It comes with two twin size covers to accommodate a split king box spring. They were slightly larger than our box spring halves but still fit well enough to use. Along with a mattress pad, our bug problem has been nearly eliminated. I would recommend this item.

This product is a good value; Hospitology provided excellent service and a smooth transaction. One thing to note, the waterproof version of the mattress covers seems much stouter than the non-waterproof. However, both seem more than adequate... Also, I noticed a slight yellow hue which the representative from Hospitoligy assured me was fire proofing and would no longer be yellow after its first wash. There were no odd odors one might expect from a fireproofing treatment. The Zippers also seem very tight; it actually took some time to get the air out of the cover once I had zipped it on all the way... Hospitoligy also includes sticky backed felt pads to use on the sharp edges of a bed frame to protect the cover from potential ripping.
