We have 5 electric blankets and this one is the best. It heats up quickly and actually gets warm. The blanket does not shed. The color is not what I thought but it stays on the bed well. I love the look of the blanket as well. A great deal. We will probably purchase another one because my other daughter's blanket sheds uncontrollably. Great buy!

This is an excellent product.
I live in an old house in Cincinnati, Ohio, U.S., and it's not exactly cheap to heat my house in the wintertime. With this heated mattress pad, I'm saving almost $70 a month on heating bills, which means that this thing pays for itself in about two months. I can turn my heat down at night, turn on the bed (I like it a little warmer than the preheat setting) and get into a nice warm bed at night. Only problem-- it's really hard to get out of bed in the morning!
This particular mattress pad also has a very nice, soft quilted top. It's the second heated mattress pad I've owned, and the previous one didn't have a quilted top-- you could feel the wires a bit. This one is much more padded and comfortable.
I also like that it has a 10 hour automatic switch off-- no need to worry that I leave it on while out of town, etc.
Excellent product I would recommend to anyone, absolutely worth the money, and a real relationship saver for couples...Read more

We have gone through 2 of these mattress covers within the span of one season. Initially they work fine, then they seem to develop "cold spots". Eventually, they cease to function at all. Also, one of the digital controls started reading erratically, jumping from level to level. Too bad, as they are wonderfully comfortable. One would expect them to be a bit more reliable. I'd try a different brand.
