Sunbeam Camelot Haven Heated Mattress Pad

I bought this heated mattress pad for my wife in 2008. To this day she tells me that it is the best gift I have ever given her, better than jewelry!

She likes a warm bed. I like cold sheets along with the window cracked open, even on the coldest of Chicago nights. With dual heated controls for each side, it has been bliss in bed.

10 temp settings with a pre-heat and auto shutoff makes it no problem forgetting to turn it off.

The mattress pad is comfortable, you don't feel anything but mattress pad. The plug-in point is at the foot of the bed so you never feel it.

I have always wanted a heated mattress pad and after doing my research, I chose this one and glad I did! The mattress pad is very luxurious and thick and very warm. The highest I have set it to is at 2 because it gets very warm. I have it on low most of the time. I also ordered this for my mom and dad and they love it. P.S. My dogs love this also!!!!

It appears that Sunbeam makes a single heating pad with the difference between the products being the control. I had a very poor experience with my Sunbeam heating pad in that it stopped working after a few months. I sent it back for repair at my cost and time to package and mail it and they returned it (supposed it fixed) after about 6 weeks last summer. After trying it once, I put it away for the summer. After a few uses this winter, it stopped working again. After informing Sunbeam that there product broke again, they said they would only pay for mailing it back (with another 6 week turnaround time). One would have thought that Sunbeam would have been less Cheapskate and more responsive in turnaround time by sending me the package to return it for the second go around and shortening the turnaround time.
