This mattress pad is awesome...when it works. The plug that connects the pad to the electrical source is "touchy". If it is not completely plugged in (pushed way in) it gives an "FF" message signaling something is wrong. It is not easy getting the plug out (which is recommended) to "reset" the connection. One must also remove the plug from the wall socket that connects the house power source to the pad. Some cold nights it faults, more often than not, causing a lot of cussing before it once again warms the bed. If you are willing to jump up and reconnect on a frosty night then this pad is for you. I, however, suffer from buyers remorse.

I LOVE mine. Nicely quilted so you do not feel wires like some other models. No problem with the plug. I have given a few as gifts as well. Best investment I have made in a long time.
